- Remote desktop software for Right Networks is built into Windows XP SP3, Vista and Windows 7.
If you have an older version of Windows or a non-Windows computer, you can
download remote desktop software here: Windows XP SP2, Windows 2000 and older, Mac OS X.

The Windows printer driver requires Microsoft .NET available
here or through Windows Update.
- To update your Internet Explorer settings to make Right Networks a trusted site
and to enable our ActiveX controls, download this
iesettings.reg file, click "Run", "Yes", then "OK".
- If you encounter a "License Protocol Error" when trying to connect to your remote desktop,
download this
licenseprot.reg file, click "Run", "Yes", then "OK".
- If you encounter a certificate error when trying to connect to your remote desktop,
download this
rootsupd.exe file, click "Run", "Yes", etc.
