consolidated reporting, you can compare and contrast the financials of franchisees
and branch offices to give you the insight needed to improve communication, procedures,

Organizations that use QuickBooks®, for example, can use consolidated reporting
to allow authorized individuals to view reports based on data combined from multiple
QuickBooks company files. Typical reports include organization-wide balance sheets,
aggregate profit and loss reports, and comparative sales reports.

With your data hosted at Right Networks, there is no need to upload it for consolidation.
In addition, Right Networks makes it easy for your entire organization to use a
common chart of accounts eliminating the need to convert data in order to consolidate
it.
How Does It Work?
Right Networks consolidated reporting combines our advanced data collection technology
with enterprise database systems to help you access important data for your organization's
success. We work with you to define the reports you need and who can access those
reports. Then, either on a schedule that you define or on demand, data is copied
from each independent financial database into a secure combined financial database
running on an enterprise-class SQL server, often on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly
basis. Once the data is in the combined financial database, the reports are accessible
just like your other applications via your secure hosted desktop running in our
data centers.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the number of financial databases that are combined, the frequency
at which data is collected from those databases, and the number of users that have
access to the consoldated reports. Reports can be developed under a consulting agreement
or you can choose from our growing library of available reports. Set up fees apply.
