Consistent with the ease-of-use of our services, we offer a straight-forward pricing model.

Users

Individual user accounts can be purchased at a discounted rate of $49.99/user/month when paid via credit card in advance. Additional discounts are available when you purchase five seats or more - contact us for details.

Each user account includes:

• 100MB of online storage plus unlimited storage for QBW files, backed-up daily
• One restore per month
• Microsoft Excel (other portions of Microsoft Office can be purchased separately)
• Customer support by phone and email for our offering*
• Hosting on enterprise-class infrastructure with end-to-end redundancy
  from the world's finest, SAS-70 Type II certified data centers

Note that users must provide QuickBooks licenses - any hosting provider that does not require you to provide QuickBooks licenses is putting you and your company at risk of penalties including imprisonment for up to five years, fines of up to $250,000, or both. Intuit under no circumstances authorizes the subleasing of QuickBooks licenses and you should contact Intuit (piracy@intuit.com) about anyone who says otherwise.

Setup Fees

Setup fees apply for each user configured to use the system. Call for details.

Additional Storage

Additional online storage, backed-up daily, is available in 50MB increments at $9.99/month. Call for volume discounts.

Additional File Restores

Additional file restores are $9.99/restore.

*Phone support is included for domestic calls only. Additional charges may be assessed for excessive use of phone support (especially for third party issues such as general QuickBooks training, etc).
