QuickBooks 2011 Pro, Premier, and Enterprise offer many new features for users.

• Secondary Files – Allows you to open a second QuickBooks file in Read Only status alongside your main file.

*NEW EMAIL FUNCTIONALITY - QuickBooks 2011 has updated the options available for sending forms via Email. While utilizing the Intuit Email Servers is no longer a free service offered by Intuit, they have added functionality to incorporate your local email server settings.

If your Email server allows pop3 mail, you may configure it to send mail directly from QuickBooks within Right Networks. You may access this configuration from within QuickBooks by navigating to Edit > Preferences > Send Forms. If you are unsure of your server settings, please consult your local IT professional.
