C4 Cloud Innovation Sessions - Educational, Informative, and a Valuable Time Investment Attendees of the Accounting C4 Event in September can take advantage of multiple Cloud Innovation Sessions running concurrently throughout the afternoons. These sessions provide attendees with an opportunity to learn about the technologies and business strategies driving the future of the accounting industry. Sessions are presented by the various C4 Event Sponsors. Session run between 25 and 50 minutes in length, and are CPE credit-worthy. When a session ends, attendees can go directly to the Sponsor's exhibit booth for one-on-one Q&A to obtain more in-depth information, and network with Sponsors and attendees alike who share their interests and concerns. With 5 sessions running concurrently, attendees can repeat this session-then-exhibit strategy multiple times for maximum benefit.
Right Networks has moved! After what seemed like forever, we've finally moved into our new offices at 14-16 Hampshire Drive, in Hudson, New Hampshire. With over 25,000 sq. ft. of office and Customer Service space, we now have the room for expansion to keep up with our extraordinary growth. We recently had an Open House to celebrate with our employees and friends. We are very proud of our new facility and the opportunities it will provide to serve our customers even better. As we will do in all newsletter issues, we'll provide you with news and upcoming events, additions to the family of Right Networks supported applications, Tips & Tricks, and any key support issues.

Self Help Services Right Networks has started deploying secure self-help services, streamlining and simplifying common Support inquiries. These features are available here (www.rightnetworks.com/pwd). *In order for these tools to function, you will need to have entered your full user contact information in the Right Networks Control Panel. This form would have populated when logging into your secure Hosted Desktop. Username Reminder: This secure utility will ask for your valid email address, populate a list of associated usernames, and provide them to you via email. Password Reset: This secure utility will ask for your valid email address, and associated usernames. You will then receive an auto-generated confirmation email containing a unique link to input your new complex password and complete the reset.
