Right Networks offers quite a number of applications to meet your needs. At times we have brand new applications to roll out and allow users to serve as beta testers for new applications. If you are interested, here are the details.

When requesting an application that is in Beta with Right Networks you must agree to the Beta terms and confirm that you are expecting to be charged the hosting fee associated with the Beta application you are requesting. When requestion to beta test an application, make sure to include the following verbiage in your request email:

I confirm that I agree with the Beta Terms in this email and please charge my account $xx/mo/user for the beta app requested.

When requesting a beta application with Right Networks please understand the following:

• Right Networks is a fully clustered and fully managed environment. Check out the Right Networks benefits page for more information on the benefits of using Right Networks as your QuickBooks hosted environment.
• Newly requested applications go through our QA team for a "first look". If the "first look" is favorable, then it will be fully tested and placed into our Beta environment for customer validation prior to production implementation.
• There may be charges for the setup, hosting, and maintenance\updating of the application. If the vendor releases an update too frequently, every 2 weeks or more often, the beta customer will be charged a fee to deploy these updates. Once the critical number of users is reached we will move to production and no longer charge fees for updates\maintenance.
• Applications that are in Beta are not eligible for phone support for that application. They must email our QA address, where engineers will respond based on a first-in, first-out methodology. The Engineer assigned may reach out to the customer by phone in order to resolve the issue.
