Weekly File Cleanup - To help you avoid storage overage fees, we delete QuickBooks backup (QBB) files each Sunday since we automatically back up your data. We retain the last 90 days of individual backup sets from the current date, which are created nightly (eliminating the need for QuickBooks backup files). If you wish to keep these files, you can transfer them to your local computer as described here.
