Recognizing Expensify as a popular and critical application our customers use, we’re excited to announce that Expensify is now available to all users of our Business Cloud at no additional cost (users pay subscription fee to  Expensify directly). Get the speed and security of access to Expensify + QuickBooks Desktop together in the Right Networks Cloud.

Expensify delivers real-time receipt and expense management

For those new to Expensify, the app delivers real-time, cloud-based receipt and expense management. With direct integration to QuickBooks Desktop and other workflow tools, Expensify automates the expense reporting process from the first electronic receipt received to final exporting into QuickBooks Desktop.

Partnering with Expensify means that Right Networks customers can save hours each month by having their clients use Expensify’s mobile app to track receipts, submit expense reports, and submit them to their accountant for reimbursement. Once reimbursed, the expense reports can flow directly into the company’s QuickBooks Desktop account for their financial records.

Business Cloud is a productive, connected cloud

The Right Networks Cloud is designed to cloud-connect accounting professionals and small businesses at every stage of growth. The offer brings customers more value. It provides all of the tools needed to run a business in one cloud ecosystem. Along with Expensify, Business Cloud also offers Bill.com, and TSheets with no additional hosting fees as well as access to Microsoft Excel, and 10GB of cloud storage.
