How to fix Error H202 and H505

If you see Error H202 or H505 (or H101 and H103) when trying to use multi-user mode, this means something is blocking the multi-user connection to your server.

On Right Networks, these errors are less likely to occur because we maintain the server for you. The core solution to these errors typically requires the use of the QuickBooks File Doctor. The File Doctor is a tool developed by Intuit to assist in troubleshooting and resolving problems with QuickBooks, like damaged company files and network issues.

If you are currently running QuickBooks on your local machine and are experiencing this issue, troubleshooting steps can be found here. As a Right Networks customer, our 24/7 North American based Support Team is prepared to assist you in resolving these errors.
