Share

Right Networks had a significant presence at this year’s Accountex conference held at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA on September 5-6, 2019.  Accountex continues to be one of the leading industry shows focusing on Accounting Firm Advisory Services and business applications, particularly around the QuickBooks ecosystem.

Right Networks participation began with hosting industry thought leaders to a victorious Boston Red Sox game, Right Networks CEO Joel Hughes kicking off the opening reception with a New Orleans jazz band, and Will Yapp-Right Networks VP of Sales, leading a panel discussion on the importance of application integration and workflow with QuickBooks Desktop. Will’s panelists included Deborah Defer-Director of Business Services and Outsourcing for BDO, Becky Riffis-Head of Strategic Partnerships for Bill.com, and Joe Dwyer-VP and General Manager for Right Labs whom touted the benefits of the “always on” platform, which Right Networks has built to allow QuickBooks Desktop to run continuously online, similarly to the capabilities in QBO (QuickBooks Online).  In addition, Roman Kepczyk, Right Networks Director of Firm Technology Strategy presented an update of accounting industry Techs, Trends and Disrupters which firms need to be aware of to transform their practices in the future.

“I was thrilled to be part of a great panel with well recognized experts in the accounting industry.   Their insights were invaluable to the attendees and I am positive will help with those working with QuickBooks and associated applications evaluate and optimize their strategies as they move to the cloud.” – Will Yapp, VP Sales, Marketing & Business Development
