Right Networks Reworks Cloud Premier Implementation for COVID-19 Shutdowns

Office shutdowns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic have led CPAs to quickly consider moving operations to the cloud via Right Networks’ premium service, Cloud Premier.

While our general cutover process includes on-site visits, we have done many remote cutovers to our service. Further, we have continued to adapt and modify our process to allow for contactless cutovers. Our retooled Cloud Premier implementation process eliminates the on-site element and gets the service up and running virtually while still maintaining an excellent level of customer service.

Highlights of the contactless Cloud Premier implementation process include:

  • An assigned project manager to guide firms through the resources needed to connect any required networking equipment.
  • Delivering user orientation via video conference at the beginning of the cutover week.
  • Establishing a virtual presence through video conferencing between dedicated resources and the firm’s staff for the cutover week.

As questions and issues arise, any user can easily pop into a virtual “conference room” for a quick chat. Users will be able to use the conference room at any time from their home offices to have their needs addressed quickly.
