Big Red Consulting Tools

Big Red Consulting specializes in utilities that help you import data into QuickBooks and get data out of QuickBooks for specific purposes.  Many of our tools are Excel add-ins that let you use Excel to create tables of transactions or lists in Excel for import, to pull data from QuickBooks for specific purposes. Other tools like out PositivePay file Creator are QuickBooks add-ins, and appear directly on the QuickBooks menu.

Our tools can be installed in trial mode so you can try before you purchase them. The trials are nearly fully functional except they’re limited by time or quantity of data that can be exported to QuickBooks or imported from QuickBooks.
