Terms and Conditions – Smart Security Management Promotion

Between 12:00 am ET 7/11/22 and 11:59 pm ET 10/14/22 (“Offer Period”), Right Networks, LLC may grant Eligible New Subscribers a discount of 50% off the regular, full price of an Eligible New Subscriber’s subscriptions to Right Networks’ Secure Workstation Enhanced and Security Awareness Training products for the first two months of the subscriptions (“Offer”). “Eligible New Subscriber” means a company that is either a new subscriber to Right Networks’ products and services or an existing Right Networks’ subscriber who does not subscribe to either Secure Workstation or Security Awareness Training at the time of using the Offer. Offer is not available to current subscribers of either Secure Workstation or Security Awareness Training. To use the Offer, an Eligible New Subscriber must call Right Networks Sales team at 888-245-0292 (for accounting firms) or 888-245-0295 (for all other types of businesses) during the Offer Period. Eligible New Subscriber must simultaneously register for a subscription to both Secure Workstation Enhanced and Security Awareness Training during the Offer Period. Eligible New Subscriber must provide a valid email address and payment information for subscription. Offer expires at the end of the Offer Period. Limit one (1) Offer per Eligible New Subscriber for subscriptions to both Secure Workstation Enhanced and Security Awareness Training products covering up to 10 employees. Offer may be used only one-time by each Eligible New Subscriber. Offer is limited to first 100 Eligible New Subscribers to call and subscribe to both Secure Workstation Enhanced and Security Awareness Training each calendar month. Offer is not transferable or assignable, may not be resold, and may not be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. Offer is not redeemable for cash. Right Networks, LLC may change the full, regular subscription price of the products in this promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Offer discount starts immediately upon subscription to Secure Workstation Enhanced and Security Awareness Training. An onboarding meeting with a Right Networks Security Support specialist is required for Eligible New Subscriber to begin using these products. IMPORTANT NOTICE: After Offer discount period (2 months of 50% off the regular, full subscription price for the Secure Workstation Enhanced and Security Awareness Training products), Eligible New Subscriber’s account will automatically convert to automatic monthly payments at the regular, full pricefor both products and the subscriptions will automatically renew each month until affirmatively cancelled. To cancel a subscription, Eligible New Subscriber must call Right Networks Managed Security Solutions Support at 888-245-0780.  Right Networks, LLC does not grant any refunds or credits for partial monthly subscriptions. If Eligible New Subscriber cancels its subscription to either Secure Workstation Enhanced or Security Awareness Training within the Offer discount period (first two months), the Offer discount will automatically terminate. Offer is void where taxed, prohibited or restricted. Secure Workstation Enhanced and Security Awareness Training products are subject to the terms and conditions available at Terms & Conditions, Right Networks Secure Workstation Terms and Conditions, and Right Networks Security Awareness Training Terms and Conditions. Right Networks, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offer at any time. Use of the Offer constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.
